To be specific, motivation comes from will power and grit. The story of this business comes from all the rejection emails I've gotten while being an animator. Although I've only gotten a handful of gigs, I've gotten multiple rejection letters saying "Unfortunately, we won't be moving forward with your application". These words have stuck with me for a while but my dream of becoming an animator transcended into something new. Thus becoming the store, Manga & Mo. I want people and creators to come into my shop to feel welcomed, to have a purpose in life and to not feel rejected. I want this shop to become a reality where people from all different backgrounds can  come and enjoy art, reading comics and all things anime. 
The opportunities I face are endless, I know quite a few people who are in the same boat as me. People who are frustrated in themselves for not getting their big break in the animation industry. However, this is where my shop comes in, creators have that chance to have their voices to be heard. The opportunity to share their stories through comics and manga. As for the challenges, that would be funding. It's tough out here to get a small business started but I know that I can overcome this obstacle with the help of grants, crowdfunding with the help from people like YOU!
